To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. 2. Refund Process
When a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Some products cannot be refunded, including personalized or custom-made pieces, items marked as final sale, and gift cards. These will be clearly stated during checkout to avoid confusion.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@luckyendings.com. Include photos or videos showing the issue so our team can quickly resolve it — either through a replacement or a full refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
