Please note that your order will move to the shipping stage only after full payment has been successfully processed and verified. As each product is custom-made to your specifications, production begins only after payment confirmation is received. You will then receive a confirmation email with detailed order information, followed by a shipping notification and tracking number once your items are dispatched.

To complete your order, simply select “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout.” You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your transaction using your preferred method. All payments are safely processed via PayPal, and the charge will appear on your bank statement under “PayPal.”

If a refund is approved, the credited amount will be issued back to your original payment method — whether it was through PayPal or your credit/debit card.
